Group workout

During the peak season, starting after Midsummer, we invite you to energizing and sweaty workout sessions three times a week – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 09:00. The sessions are intense but easy to follow. Everyone trains at their own pace, while the team spirit and group dynamics make it more fun and help you achieve better results!

On Mondays, PT Titti from EC Health Club leads the training session at the stage behind the main service building. On Wednesdays, we have a group running session in Bäckhalladalen, also meeting at the stage. On Fridays, Friskis & Svettis hosts the training, with the meeting point at the green area opposite the mini-golf course (across the bridge).

Entertainment

Every Tuesday, Josefine invites you to a wonderful evening for both children and adults behind the main service building. At 18:30, the Mini Disco begins, where everyone can dance and enjoy themselves. Children also have the chance to hug our beloved friends, Sally & Sille. Afterwards, a Music Quiz follows, filled with laughter, fun, and challenging questions. A great evening for the whole family.

Music quiz

From June 14 to mid-August, Josefine presents wonderful music and a lively Music Quiz every Tuesday at 20:00 at the stage behind the main service building. Great prizes are awarded each week, so gather your friends and family and put your music knowledge to the test. Feel free to bring something to sit on and get ready for an evening filled with joy, singing, and a great atmosphere.

The Children`s Club

This summer, you will meet our fantastic leaders, Melvin & Lowa, along with the cuddly seals Sally & Sille, when you join the Kids’ Club activities. We meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:00 at the stage, where fun activities await all children.
